The NYC office of global product design company IDEO takes up the entire 2nd floor of a 19th century building in Soho. A central free-standing office block establishes the division between the client and employee zones. The client zone is composed of a reception / lounge area, a conference room block, a cafeteria and an open kitchen. The employee zone contains open workstations, a photo studio and lounge. A 200' long "Wing" ceiling structure distributes the majority of mechanical, sprinkler and lighting systems.
